This forum is a true blessing for anyone with their immigration queries. Appreciate your help the queries that I have had so far.

Coming to another query guys, this is in regards to a minor car accident I had last year (thankfully no personal loss to anybody) where my Car Insurance company has tried to recover the losses incurred from the other party but have failed in doing so.

The result being this case now needs to settle in court, which will be heard in April this year.

I am about to apply for my ILR in person next week. Do I need to mention anything about this in my ILR application OR should I refrain from mentioning about it as its not a criminal offence?

It is not a criminal matter but a civil one.

Agree, but is it worth mentioning in the SET(O) form?

If you wish to you can but it should have no impact on your ILR, it is a civil matter between your insurance and a.n.other.
