Dear Members,

I've few queries on IRL for my dependents.

I'm applying for ILR (From Tier 1) on 19th January 16 through premium service and later by post for my dependents.

Dates:
Initial grant: 24 Aug 2011
Date entered: 13 Sep 2011
1st Extension: 19 Feb 13 valid till 7th Feb 2016

Queries:
1. Does this mean they come under rules in place after 9 July 2012?
2. Do they need 2 years or 5 years continues residence? If 5 years do I need to apply for further extension.
3. What sort of documents shall I produce for cohabitation?
4. Is SET (M) correct form for the application?

Apologies if these information is already been discussed and available. I couldn't find specific information.

2. 2 years residence

3. Read the form and guidance notes and search the forum, question has been asked many times.

4. Set (O) for PBS Dependents.

If answer to 1st query is 'Yes' then how come its 2 years and not 5 years?

1. Sorry, misread your post. As their initial visa was issued prior to July 2012, it is 2 years residence, provided they meet the requirements.
