I have PEO appointment next month in birmingham for ILR regarding 10 year Long Route. I have paid all my taxes throughout in 10 year on different jobs. But in 2013, I have applied for Tier1 Enterpenuer visa and visa was refused and then i had submitted appeal and appeal was successfully granted after one year. In short, i have submitted my LTD company dormant accounts for 2013/2014 year because my visa was refused in April 2013 and i do not have any business bank account and appeal successfully granted in April 2014 and after that i am successfully submitting full company accounts 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 respectively.

My question is, I have fully paid all taxes to HMRC, i have submitted dormant account only in 2013/2014 period and in this period i was on appeal process. Is this very serious in my case. Please advise me, I am very worried.

Current Status:- Tier 1 Enterpenueur.

hi majid could you please message me as i am on the same boat as yours but i havent submit any accounts while my appeal was in process because i never received any letter from HMRC to do my tax return as my company was dormant.
i did my tax return on 2014 2015 because they asked me to do so.
but just to ask did hmrc asked u to do tax return for year 2013 2014?

but i have confirmed from hmrc too tht if thres any missing tax return they said everything is up to dated.
and there shouldnt be any issue since u have submitted dormant accounts.

hi majid,
i am at the moment gathering all the relevant documents which he asked me.
going thru from a big stress time.
i am working hard towards my documentation seriously this is a big hassle whatever he has asked for.
its easy but at the same time its a little tricky too.
i am going to show him 50k in my personal account and current appointment report from company house.
my previous 6 months bank statements and 6 months payslips.
my 1n half year saving bank account statements to show i wasnt taking money from public funds.
and showing about the business bbeing setup im going to show him my invoices to clients and business bank statement.
i am looking forward to it....i hope i m going to get my indefinite soon in sha Allah.
