PEO APPLICATION ON HOLD

Hi
As i am on same boat paid all taxes amd been on premium service ilr visa on tier-1 general on 26 th jan after few hours case worker said they need to contach hmrc to find out weatjer i paid sll my previous self employment taxes. Its been 17 days haven't heard from case worker as he said it won't be long il ring you. Till now nothing heard can anybody give me any contact number please.

You will need to be patient and wait for HO to do their checks and get back to you.
Please don't dig up threads that are 2 years old and tag your question on. I have post your post to your own topic.

You can try ringing this number 0300 123 2241, and follow through the voice prompts and you should be able to speak to someone and maybe they can help you with your queries.
Out of curiosity, what PEO did you attend your appointment?

Did you not submit the evidences of tax paid when you went to PEO?

I am in same situation as well. I went on 2nd Jan and still waiting.

I went in Nov 2015 and still waiting same tax issues asked me to submit my previous tax returns ...

I did not know if there was any requirement to submit tax returns with ILR long residency application ... i have provided them after case worker has asked me and still waiting for the out come.. anyone knows if they are keeping applications for further checks for how long ??

ILR checks on any type of application ( T1) or LR with a mixture of T1 will be scrutinized for tax and NI affairs.
