Hi All,

I am planning to apply for ILR this week and would like to get some suggestions before to apply .

1.I have 2 CCJ both were paid and got the satisfactory certificate letter from Court. These two CCJ were issued to my previous address and i identified during my credit check and cleared both of them.

Will there be any impact on my application??

2.Regarding my wages:

I claimed wages between £40000 -£42000(Sum of employment +Self employment)for my initial Tier 1 application 2011(2010-20111)and tax paid on time for this amount.

For my extension 2012-2013 i claimed wages between £40000-£42000(with 2 employments)

Now for ILR 2016 gain i am claiming wage £40666 (with 2 employments)

However for the remaining 3 years i made the earning as below

2012-2013 : 15k

2013-2014 :£33k

2014-2015 : £33k

My question is do i need to maintain consistence wages £40k + for all the 5 years ??

Will there be any impact on my application??
