Dear Sir

I am applying for ILR based on five years continuous work/stay using Tier 2 PBS (General). During this time I have worked in three different organisations.

The application form has different subsections for "Work Permit Holder" and "Tier 2 Migrant". These two terms are confusing (as they basically need similar documents), not sure which one is more appropriate for my case.

Can you kindly help? Is it "Tier 2 Migrant" in my case?

I applied ILR as a Tier 2 migrant and i was using the sections of Tier 2 not 'work permit'...So if you are a Tier 2 General Visa...Just follow the Tier 2 and forget about the Work permit
