You have no Section 3c protection of leave during a JR. This is only re-instated if JR is successful.

Without valid leave it won't be possible to submit dependant applications.

My understanding is no. You won't have valid leave during JR.

If your husband has a valid Tier 2 visa, why are you considering submitting an application for him as YOUR dependent while you're waiting for JR

I believe you can, but wait for further advice from others.

You are permitted to apply for dependent visa before 28/14 days of your section 3C coming to an end.

You can make a JR application simultaneously.
