ILR (10 years Track). How to count number of days?

Dear Sir or Madam,
Next year i ll reach the 10 years continuous residence in UK. I am aware that we cannot be outside the country for more than 540 days during that period. So far I have been out roughly 430 days.
1) How strict can the Home office be in terms day counting?
2) How can they count the days? since in the passport the HM only stamps the days you re-entered the country?
3) Do I have to count the days I flew out/in UK? since half of these i was in the UK.
4) Do business trips count as days being out of UK? Since those days are related to work
Many Thanks for your help and Guidance

Until day before yesterday you were a settled person but today you aren't?

1. I believe quite.
2. Passport stamps are not the only means of knowing your absence from UK.
3. No.
4. Yes.

Then why make up stories??? You will get answers to your queries even without them.

Apologies. I did not mean to make up any story. I thought i would ask a question (i.e. the question you saw yesterday) from the standpoint of someone who has ILR. Sorry about the confusion it created.

If a
question was hypothetical, then it would have been in good faith to make it clear that it was hypothetical. The
rules may change in the future for hypothetical questions and some answers may cease to be applicable.

That's a nice pun Vinny.
