60 pence difference in payslip and statement

Hi

For my Oct and Nov payslip there is a difference of 60 pence. i.e . payslip has been generated with the net salary of £556.64 but the amount paid in the account is £556.06. I have read in previous posts that few pence difference can create an issue. So what is the best option for me?

1) Can the payslip changed to show the amount paid in the account (£556.06)
2) Get a letter from the employer confirming they made an error and ask them to adjust the amount in May's payslip. Does anyone have a template they have used before?

My appointment is booked for 10/06 and I will be using payslip from June 2015 - May 2016.

Thanks

Nikitasha,

Somehow I want to Assume that it wont make any difference ........... but to be absolutely safe, the best option will be to get the Pay slip amended to show net pay of £556.06 ........... simpler the better.
Cheers

Nothing to worry mate
everyone could understand this is the error

you have to claim and calculate £556.06(less amount) to HO it will be fine

Thank you all for you reply. I will ask my employer to change the payslip and if they don't agree then also I reach £35000 threshold without including those 2 payslips.

Thanks again

Hi All

I have spoken to my employer regarding 60 p difference and he said payslip cannot be changed now but he is happy to do a letter explaining the error and adjust that money in my next months payslip.

Will that suffice?

Thanks
