Hello,

I have received my ILR on 14th May 2016..I was on HSMP (JR)..

Now I would like to apply ILR for my wife and kid..

Could you please let me know the process and forms?

1) Do i need to fill up Form (O) ?So my wife will be main applicant.How do I add my kid in the same form?
2)What are the document required?
3)Do I need to submit my ILR BRP and Passport as well?

Would have probably been easier if they had applied with you.

1. Set(O) - wife as main applicant and child as dependent.

2. Passports, photos, LIUK, English B1 and I think your income proof. Read the Set(O) guidance notes and end of form for details or do a search on the forum.

3. I think so, not sure.

Since I was on HSMP (JR) , i was exempted from LIUK and English language ..

Does my dependent need that?
