Hi, I will like to know if I am able to apply for my Indefinite leave based on my 10 years lawful residence. I came into the UK on 7 October 2006 as a student and extended my leave as a student until late 2011 when I switched my Visa to the then Tier 1 post study Visa. However in 2013. I applied under the parent route which the HO refused due the mother of my British child proven difficult but they finally granted my Visa in May 2016 and now I am few months short of the 10 years long residence but they have now granted me a 30 months leave to remain based on the 10 years parent route of my British child.
My questions are:
1. On the completion of my 10 years legal residence in 0ctoboer 2016. Can I apply for my Indefinite Leave to Remain?
2. Although I am now remarried and I have my own family who were also granted the same leave as me but they have been here less than 10 years but my daughter will be 7 years in 2017. Can I include them in my IDL applications ?
3. Can my daughter who is currently six years old apply on her own right in 2017 when she is 7 years old based on the 7 years residence rules for a child who was born in the UK?
Thank you so much for your kind response.
