Hi , I am in Tier 2 General visa and applying for my ILR next month
I need a help in filling up the Section 5 of the Set O Form , in Section 5.5 there are four boxes detail need to be submitted

SOC Code
Current Rate of Pay( hourly rate or annual salary ) :
Number of hours this salary based on
Number of Weekly hours
Rate of Pay for this SOC code stated in the codes of practice ( hourly rate or annual salary )


As per my COS my SOC code is 2135 ,
Current Rate of Pay : its more that £40,000 / annum
Number of hours this salary based on : What to fill here ?
Number of Weekly hours : 40 mentioned in COS
Rate of Pay for this SOC code stated in the codes of practice ( hourly rate or annual salary ): Please let me know what to fill here .

I am applying next month as well for ILR under Tier 2... Good luck with your case!

I think the best thing would be to get hold of your CoS certificate from the last Tier 2 application you made...and attach that...

Salary rates: New entrant: £22,500 / Experienced: £31,200

are you getting your HMRC history? I'm not sure if I should request one since I've been on Tier 2 with the same sponsor since 2011.

Thanks , what do you mean by HMRC history , I am with the same employer for last 5 year .

A lot of people on this forum have mentionedgetting their HMRC history and attaching it with the ILR application... Not sure if I should do too... Same case - been with the employer for 5 years.
