Came UK 2006 Expiry visa 2008
Extension 2008 till 2010
2010 apply for the extension after 2 week my application bank decline payment for some security reason and i had no clue.
I have received my application back and Home office said re apply again and give us the reason.

Took letter from bank and re apply again.. and i got leave to remain.

08/2016 My 10 Years are completing and my solicitor said if you applied the visa in (2010) after 28 days they break your 10 years residency.

I had no idea when i applied.

Can any one help me out with this..... I will be really great full.

As i have not received any letter in 2010 from home office that apply your visa with in 28 days. i am 500% sure.

what will happened now.?
What should i do before making my 10 years application.

Request a SAR from the UKBA which will give you more information.

you can apply for S.A.R (subject access report) which costs you £10 you basically go google and search in gov.uk and they reply back to you withn 40 days , it will contain all information ukba holds about you on file. there might be some missing information that you have but not the ukvi system , so dont get surprised e.g travel history may not include some trips ...
you need to post the letter to the address requested in the form

If you reapplied within a short time from receiving the invalid notice, then you may be okay.

10 years completing 06-09-2016
Applying before 28 days completing 10-08-2016

I have currently applied my Tier 1 entrepreneur (50k) and the case is still in process. I would like to go for Premium service for my 10 year long residency.
please advise what should i do? do i need to write before i go for my premium service to home office to vary my case or what?

I will be really greatful if any one help me out with this matter.
