Hi,
My husband has Tier 2 General visa. I hold Tier2 General dependant visa. We both entered UK in January 2012. Got the original Tier 2 Visa in December 2011. My husband is eligible for ILR in January 2017 as he will be completing 5 years by that time.
Even though I entered with him to UK in January 2012, I was away for 8 months from UK to deliver my child in 2014. And for the past two years, my absences are very less. Can someone reply whether I can apply for ILR along with my husband in January 2017?

First entered to uk in January 2017.
Renewed Tier 2 General Dependant visa in December 2014. Renewed for 3 years.

You can apply with your husband.

The absence limits only apply to the main Tier 2 G visa holder.

You are under the 2 year rule.
