I'm in the process of gathering documents checklist preparation for ILR (Tier 1 General visa) which is due in next month;
I had an UK absence between 10 to 11 months at one stretch as had personal issues( father's health issues so I had to go back to my country to support my family) .I have all the hospital receipts as a proof of my absence.

Can you please clarify on the below questions.

1) Is there any way to cover/workaround for my long UK absence ?
2) Please provide ILR document checklist after April 2016.

Many Thanks in advance

Can you list your absences per 12 month cycle, counting backwards from the date you are applying for ILR, eg. 31 Aug 2015 to 1 Sept 2016

May be CR001 will be able to help you more clearly once he get chance.
Just wondering to know on 26/09/2016 you current leave expiring or you still have plenty of time. if you have time and the 330 days was contentious absence then try to make the year in a way that each year absence comes within 180 days.

Example
if the absence was 1st January to 30th November, then apply on 15th june. so the year will be 15th june- 14th june and the absence will go on different years. As you know all the details of absence pattern, play around this in this way to search the best option.

Yes 26/09/2016 is the current expiry . How do you think 330 days can be allocated as it falls under same year 4 days in next year .

There is no real way you can split that absence into two years with your visa expiring next month.

You would probably have been better off applying for a 3 year extension before the route was closed in April 2015.

Can you please clarify few queries in SET O form

1. I am in Visa type is Tier 1 General(Migrant) - which category does this Visa type fall under ?
2. In knowledge of language in one section it was asked the either of below have met , however I have both the documents which is valid document to provide ?
Life in the UK test pass and UK NARIC
3. I am working as contractor , Though i am working in a reputed company i am hired by an agency .
Do i have to provide my details of employer as Agency or Company i work with ?
4. When I extended my visa I had awarded 35 points on my total earnings , now my total earning differ.
There is question to confirm the points claimed for total earnings in the application form.
