Evening!

Sorry if these questions was asked before, I tried searching (poor search skills)

I am on ILR and my husband is planning to apply for his ILR. We entered to UK in 2010 August.

Please can someone help me with questions below:

1.Can he apply for premium service with out the main applicant?
2.I believe SET(O) is the correct form even-tough if he is applying on his own without the main applicant?
3.Finances - He earns more than 60K and is with the same company from the past 2 years, does the payslips suffice? Or does he need to show any monies in the bank?
4.Proof of relationship - Will a council tax statement (and or) bank statements, driving licenses with the same address suffice?

Thanks

The scenario is not clear.

below will clear this
What is the current visa category of your Spouse and how long in the current category.
In which route planning to apply ILR.
In which route you have got ILR.

Sorry my bad.

My ILR route was Tier1(General) - 5 years and he is on PBS dependent visa.
He is in this country from the past 6 years so the plan is to go on a 5 year route.

Sorry to be a naive, is there any other route?

1. Yes he can apply on PEO
2. SET (O) is the correct one, he is the main applicant on that application.
3. no maintenance fund require, no income requirements when dependent applying to settle after completing 5 years as T1G dependent.
4. three different source doc if both on that, or else 3+3 individual should be fine

For him this is the route to be independent now, from dependent.

Thanks very much my friend, much appreciated!

Good one  Apart from the fact that his visa is dependent, I am more dependent on him.

Is that mild mild eastern thing

Good Night!
