Hi folks..

I need some advice. I applied my Entrepreneur visa (50K) in Sep 2013. Got refused in May 2014. Appeal heard in Nov 2014. Appeal was successful and got my visa from 20 feb 2015 for three years.

I am applying for my ILR 10 years basis soon. I have got a question here. I was in part time job till Feb 2015, When i got my entrepreneur visa in feb 2015 . I resigned from the job immediately, they issued me p45 on 31st march 2015. my question is that when I was suppose to resign from my part time job as per Entrepreneur visa (50k) rulings? I am planning to go for same day service . Can they ask me about this issue?

A clearer title to your post would help get replies.

It is depend on senior case worker, as entrepreneur your are not allowed to work apart for ur business.

What were your visa statuses before applying for and getting the Entrepreneur visa?

Thanks Simon. It was Post Study Work visa

If you resign from a job and have not still used your annual leave/holidays, they would either pay you a lump-sum or would keep you on paid holidays until they are all used. It depends on your employer's policy. If they kept you on payroll to pay for your due annual leave, this shouldn't cause a lot of issues because its something not in your control anyway. I think you did the right thing to resign immediately so it hopefully shouldn't be much of a problem.

Technically as long as you are on psw you can work full time or part time, I don't think you have any issue whatsoever regarding your ILR.

You are going through 10 years LR shouldn't be a problem.....And u got Entrepreneur visa in feb 2015 but before your status was PSW so you can work......you will b fine.........dnt worry...........
