CCJ on file, any impact on ILR application.

With few defaults and a very recent ccj, how it impacts the ILR application based on tier 1 general?

Declare the CCJ in SET(O) form. This wouldn't impact your ILR application. If the status of the reported CCJ is cancelled then get the certificate from court and submit with the application.

Hie I had 2 CCJs but declared them on form ,which I did premium service and was granted my settlement on the 31st August. All the best.
