Dear Member,
Today i had appointment in Croydon PEO at 11.30. But after 6 hour they gave me a letter that they will do further enquiry. My last visa was Tier1 Ent (50k). Even i attached SA302, business bank statement, annual return , corporation tax return, payslip. No idea what they are going to Check ? Its really awful when you go same day service with more than enough documents and paid extra money. and end of the day your application is queuing with postal application.

Is anyone faced same situation ? how long does it take ?

Did they gave u any time frame ?

I asked but the caseworker said I can't say anything when u get decision

But when I asked her she said to me it will take 2 to 6 weeks.

Wish for the best... Waiting is the only option left now

Did they asked u to further documents to provide ?

my understanding is with LR visa don't submit other documents till they ask

It depends on caseworker... I submitted nothing but she asked me for additional documents...

My visa will be expire march 2017.

I took those documents if they ask me for further documents. But when i went for bio metrics that guy ask me what is my current visa. i told him tier 1 ent. then he said u don't have any documents for ur current visa, cause they will ask u later. if u have anything then its better submit now. that's why i gave those documents.

Not yet. Today i called their customer service. but she advise me to write a letter to PEO where i submitted my application. she hasn't got any information.

Hi, did you sent them letter. I'm waiting till Friday if not receive any response then I'll also write to them. Very killing time waiting.
