Hello everyone..I am planning to apply for my ILR(LR) at peo centre...I am currently on T1 (E)50k year 2

I was going through the previous posts ..most of the people are saying that they have been given a form to fill in at PEO centre and it takes only two minute to fill in ...all I know is this is something about your tax history.could anyone tell me what this form is all about..and what specific information it asks for ?
If anyone has got template of the form, it will be highly appreciated

It is mostly for Tier 1 GENERAL migrants to complete.

1. During your residence in the UK, have you worked in a self-employed capacity and has been registered as self employed or worked as the director or share-holder of a limited company?
2. What is/was the nature of your business as a self-employment person (select all that apply)

- Limited Company(Director or share-holder)

3. Please confirm the financial years in which you were registered as self-employed in the UK?
- List of years
- I have not been registered as self employed
4. For the financial years in which you have been registered as self-employed in the UK(if applicable), please confirm the financial years for which SA tax return was submitted to HMRC by you or on your behalf.
(This doesn not include a company tax return for a limited company)

6. Did you use an accountant to assit in submitting your SA tax returns to HMRC?
7. What is the name of accountant(s) you used.
8. Please confirm the type of documents that were used in order for yourself or your accountant to prepare your SA tax returns.
9. Are you satisfied that the SA tax returns submitted to HMRC accurately reflected your self-employed income?
10. Any other comments

sorry mate...i made first id..tried to login after few days..didn't work...tried to reset details..sytem was recognizing the email.that's why made another one..don't know how to delete 1st one

Strange isn't, that you now log in and post a reply using the first ID created on 26th August and not the one created on 13th September.
