I am 18 years old, I was granted visa recently on the 8/06/16. My visa was delayed and was given under human rights and family life as I was dependent on my mother. I arrived in UK 24/06/2006 and have stayed in the Uk legally and meet the long term residency. I want to enquire whether I meet the criteria of ILR because I currently have the visa where I am dependent on my mother?? Will that affect my application?? I was dependent on my mother who came here as a student in 2006

The visa which she was given- Tier 4 student visa for 3 years
2009- Tier 4 student visa untill 2012
2012 - applied for family life and was delayed till 2016
June 2016- visa under FAMILY AND PRIVATE LIFE.
Havent had any absent from UK since arrived in 2006
