ILR decision awaiting, dependents VISA extension

Hi,
I applied for ILR on Aug 5th in Solihull PEO and they told me that they need some extra checks so will take couple of days. My case was complicated so thought to try for me first and if successful will go for family members. Till now no update and I am not that optimist that will get some update this month. Now my family members visa is expiring on Nov 6th.

So are they allowed to say till my ILR decision is done ? or do they have to leave. Can I apply for any dependent visa for them based on my ILR decision awaiting letter. Please help, not able to find any solution.

Regards,
Ranjit

Is it the LR ILR? If not, there might be options available, but if it is - unfortunately your only barrier is the grey-area overstay (28 days I believe) which shouldn't prejudice any future applications (given current laws at least). So Ideally best is to hope they do decide beforehand. What category are you on now and how long have you been on it

I am currently in T2 ICT. I am here from June 2009. My family was here till 2011 and they had a gap of 1 year and they joined me again in 2012. So they don't have continuous stay of 5 years at this point.

When in 2012 did your dependents APPLY for a visa and enter the UK?

When does their current visa expire?

Why is your case complicated? In person appointments should not be used for complicated applications as you pay premium fee for an application that ends up being postal.
