Hello,

One of my friend entered UK on Student visa (PSW) since last 9 years and was manage to extend his visa legally till now.

Last year he applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa which was rejected unfortunately.
He appealed till Upper Tribunal but HO keep on rejecting his appeal till June.
To cover up last remaining 4/5 months, he applied for ILR application which HO returned once. No fee taken though.
He applied it again in similar way and awaiting decision.

As HO decision is outstanding, i hope 10 year period is still valid as per solicitor. Is it correct?
What are chances to get ILR granted considering current BREXIT situation ?

Brexit has nothing to do with the UK immigration route applications.

Not sure if your friends section 3C cover would be in place if he exhausted all appeals.

Maybe best if your 'friend' registers and posts his own timeline with all the dates for anyone to be able to offer advice.
