Hi, which form is needed after a 6 years Discretionary Leave is completed to Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK?
I am a British citizen my wife who came into UK on a spouse visa for 2 years overstayed her visa. She then had to apply for a 3 years Discretionary Leave which she completed in 2012 and got another 3 years Discretionary Leave in 2013. We have 4 children all born in UK with British passports. Also i understand since my wife got her first Discretionary Leave before July 2012 she doesn't need to do the life in the UK test is this correct?

Which answer you've been given are you querying? SET(O) or the English qualification

Hi, i was querying both but am sure about which form i have to use which is Set (0)
Just want to be 100% sure my wife doesn't need to take any test like English language or life in the UK? because of the reason mentioned in the first post.
