My wife was from Pakistan came over on a spousal visa was ok for few months and started to acted strange her habits were getting worse by the day it was like she wanted to achieve something so she could get the creditably to stay in the uk through the asylum route or domestic violence. Because she was not successful me raising my hand with the things she did she stated seeing a doctor to claim she was depressed when she was not and then left the property 1 night. She made a complaint to police about me that I kept her as a slave and would hit her is she did not complete house tasks. Police investigated me at the police station there was no case on me.So how can someone get a visa to remain in uk I have got alot off evidence to challenge to revoke her visa is it possible

I would suggest that this issue is not going to get proper response on a public forum dealing with visas. From the little you claim (and you leave out a lot, cardinally your own immigration status)
You need professional help at the spousal level (it seems to me you are trying to get your wifes visa revoked. First consider your marriage...) and/or at the mental health level. I wish you luck in a difficult situation

If your marriage is no longer subsisting and you have separated, you are now required to notify the UKVI by submitting the form in the following link.
