Dear All,
I will be applying for tier1 extension in Feb but will be counted 10years in April. My question is can I apply for ILR by March if I don't get any response ( I. e 28days in advance) or else I need to wait till April before applying for ILR?

Assuming you are applying for Tier 1 Ent??

You can apply for ILR up to 28 days before you reach 10 years residence. The qualifying period starts from your original date of entry to the UK

Yes it's tier 1 entrepreneur, just to make it clear came to UK 29th of April 2007, but tier 1 three years experies on 26th of February so you mean if I don't receive anything by 1st of April, can vary my application to ILR!
