Hi Gays ,

I had applied my ILR and home office refused and gave me right of appeal which I did 22/09/2016.
court sent me an acknowledgement letter that they have recived it .

My question is how long it for court hearing ? Average time frame ?

We were refused a EEA4(PR) and appealed to the first tier tribunal for a paper hearing back in August 2016 and received a decision two months later. Is your an EEA4(PR)?

No, the OP has clearly stated it is ILR under the UK immigration route and has posted in the ILR forum not the EEA forum.
