This is my first post here so apologies if i do anything incorrectly. Need some guidence on my eligibility for applying ILR..
I am currently on entrrpreneur visa .. which i got on 21 january 2014. But i came to uk on 14 january 2007.. so my question is what would be the exact date when I become eligible to apply for ILR ..
if its 28 days before 10 year completion then it should be 17th december 2016?
Please help me finding exact date as i want to book appointment for 17th december for ceratin reasons.
Can somone please confirm if it is the right date i become eligible to go for appointment or not?

I got 18th December, which is a Sunday.. Do you really want to risk a refusal for the sake of one or two days?

Also assuming of course that you have continuous residence and visas throughout your 10 years residence and have no adverse or tax issues etc.
