dear sir/madam,
my problem is my applications was invalid and rejected and they returned my documents. they asked me to make a fress applications with correct form but the problem is when they returned my documents I haven't seen my passport. do you think they include it in my returned documents or they keep it I'm confused. I couldn't make a new application coz I haven't got my passport. please let me know if the passport including in the returned documents. thanks in advance

I applied this February 2016, and after that I got notification email on march 21st saying that my biometric will arrive soon. but then I didn't receive any letters and its taking long til they told me that my applications was invalid. I received letter from the immigration about the returning of my documents the letter mentioned that I need to make a fresh application. but my passport is not in the parcel

The Home Office may well be retaining your passport until you have either submitted a valid application or notified them that you have made arrangements to leave the UK.

What application had you submitted and why was it refused as invalid?

do I need to phone them just to make sure they have coz if I send my application ithout passport ill get problem again. for how long do I need to send my application as I'm worried. thanks again

indefinite leave to remain as a spouse of british national. they said on the letter that my form was incorrect and I need to use the right form and I haven't met the biometric coz I didn't received any letter

What form did you submit?

Doesn't the letter give a date within which to submit a new application? Unlike most other applications SET(M) doesn't require extant leave so submit a new application on the correct form ASAP.

it doesn't say anything its all about rejecting as my application is invalid.

my husband didn't showed me the letter last june as he said he didn't received any I only get this dated sept 20 its quiet long time and I haven't done my application yet

it says here where an applicationform has been specified in accordance with the immigration rules(HC395 as amended) the application or claim must be made using the correct cersion of the specified form. you can still use the previous of the form to make an application upto 21 days after the new version of the form available on our website. that's part of the letter
