DLR to ILR through Court

Hi Guys,
I recently had a successful hearing and was allowed to apply for my ILR Long residency 10 years. My lawyer said we have to wait 14 days for UKVI in case they appeal against decision.
My question is, after the decision letter you receive, how many days do i have to apply for my ILR? i dont want to delay it and create a problem.
