Dear respectable members,

I have recently applied my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension visa also my wife applied as a Tier 1 PBS dependent as I was short of 2 months completing my 10 years LR. I still have 1 month left to apply my ILR (LR) and I guess in one month I wont be lucky enough to get Tier 1 entrepreneur visa extension decision. So I am already start preparing my application to vary ILR at PEO (One day service) right after new year.
Now, bottom line is; I need covering letter template to to vary my Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa to ILR (LR).

If any of you have already gone through same situation please do advise me as your advise would be really helpful to me.

Secondly, i want to ask I have plan to go in person PEO for my ILR LR in couple of weeks time but I dont understand about my wife application. As she have already applied with me couple of weeks ago as a Tier 1 dependent. Now I am going to vary my application so what can I do for my wife ? if she will apply FLR M then she need to do test A1 which cant be possible without passport. And how long exactly does she have once my ILR approved? Too confused !!!

I have applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension about couple of months ago now I am going to vary my Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR (LR) at Premium service next week.

Now my question is should I vary my wife application to FLR(M) on the same day or I can wait untill I dont get my ILR decision? We have 2 months payslips short for my wife FLR (M) to obtain £18600.
Or should I apply FLR (FP)??? But I dont know if she be able to get flr fp. We have one daughter as well 8 months old.

Please do help me asap as I dont have time now.

I'm going to bary my Tier 1 Entrepreneur application to ILR (LR) next week at PSC. Can someone advise me what type if documents should I carry on the day apart from ILR LR application form.
And what chances aregranted on the same day as my Tier 1 entrepreneur extension application still with them. And if not on the same day so how long it will roughly take to get decision. If someone gone though same
Situation please do advise.
