I'm at Solihull centre to try book an appointment for ILR. The lady said they don't do booking in person?
She said that I need to do online?

Is this true?

I thought you can't book premium service for ILR and you have to do in person for booking?

Can you please let me know which is right?

This may not have been explained to you clearly.

You have to book the appointment on line and then attend the PSC in person on the day of your appointment.
