Hi All,

I am on Tier 2 General (Main Applicant) issued on Dec 8, 2012 for 2 years and later got Tier extended it for 4 years until Dec 7, 2018.

I am eligible for ILR in end of Nov 2017.

My wife applied for Tier 2 Dependent from India and entered UK on March 6, 2013.
Went to India for delivery on Feb 1st, 2016 and got back with my daughter on Sep 20, 2016. ( She spend 8 months outside).

When is she eligible for ILR ? End of Feb 2018 ? Also, if I apply for ILR in Nov 2017, will she be able to stay on her current Tier 2 until March 2018 ?

What about my daughter (born in India) ? When is she eligible? UKBA site does not specify a time period for Children under 16. So is she eligible to apply for ILR along with my wife ?

We both (applied together) got our Tier2 visa extended from within the UK in Nov 2014.

She requires 5 years residence as PBS Dependent before she will qualify for ILR. She can remain or extend her current visa category until she meets the requirements for ILR.
