Hi

need help

my ilr application was rejected due to non declared any earning for self employment in year 2012/2013
while submitting extension i have declared to ho 33k income from permanent and 12k from company earnings
i paid ct for company earning but missed to pay personal tax for 2012/13.
as per my accountant no tax to be paid on 12k company income.

1) I am confused why ho rejected application on taxation basis?
2) if i am applying for administrative review and it gets rejected can put an fresh application for ILR.
my visa expired on 29/9/2016 and application result came on 06/12/2016.

please guide me.

Thanks
PK

If an AR is rejected, under what grounds do you believe a new ILR application will be approved?

hi
which I understand you was applied tier 1g extension you showed
your income 33k from permanent job and 12k from your company income

which is my understanding that 12k as well you showed your income when u was on extension
its suppose to be your income means 33k+12k=45k you have to submit self assessment particular year
and pay tax after allowance

your accountant is right in company when u got profit then you pay corporation tax
if you have profit and you get dividend or pay then you show in self assessment I think not to pay tax because you already paid corporation tax

but in your case you get extension from that earning means 33+12 which you said to ukvi its is your earning they gave you points on that earning basis
you was suppose to be show in self assessment and pay reaming taxes if you need to pay

you didn't did this in self assessment or you didn't declare income in self assessment .
ukvi think you didn't earn that money and ukvi think sorry you lie when submit extension

then what you expect from ukvi
