I have few question regarding my future application.

Time Line: Entry clearance - Jan 2008
Dependent entry clearance - August 2008
Tier 1 Ent. Visa grant - April 2013 (3 years)
2nd Dependent entry clearance - July 2014
Tier 1 Ent. Extension(2 depend) - Nov 2016 (2 years until Nov 2018)

1) I will be eligible for my 10 year long residence in Jan 2018, What is the status for dependents after my ILR ? Do i need to apply for different category ?

2) If I will go for 3+2 settlement in March 2018 and apply through set(O) so what will happened with dependent ? Can we apply together (all 3 of us) ?

Can you list all the visa categories you and dependents have held since 2008. How many dependents and how old are dependents. Your posts sounds like your dependent applied for two separate entry clearance visas.

From 2008 to 2013 - Student
From April 2013 - Tier 1 Ent.
Tier ent. ext. Nov 2016 ( with 2 dependents)
My wife entered in UK as dependent in Aug 2013
My Daughter entered in UK as dependent in July 2014

We all have visa until Nov 2018

If you apply the long residence route, your dependents will have to switch to FLR(M). Your spouse will qualify for ILR LR herself in August 2018 but this won't help your child as LR applications don't permit dependents to apply too. Was your child born abroad or in the UK??

This route, all 3 of you can apply for ILR at the same time.

one more question, If I go to 10 year Long residency route than my wife can apply for her 10 year long ILR in August 2018 ? (she got visa until NOV 2018) without applying in FLR(M) route and also some one suggest me after both parents got ILR you write a letter to Immigration and Nationality office than they reply back with Payment form and once you paid the required fees, she also get ILR.

Is that correct ?

You could try Set(F) for your daughter for ILR.

Correct regarding your spouse, provided she has no travel plans before apply for ILR LR.

yes no future travel plan for my wife and daughter, If she go for premium service in august 2018 when she eligible, don't they ask as your main applicants category is changed so your clock start again ? I am bit confuse for that scenario. please advise on particular that point.

She should be fine staying on PBS dependent visa and applying for ILR. Many have done this and been successful.
