Tier1 holidays 180 days per year or entire 5 years ?

hi All

could some one please help me here

i am applying for ILR soon on Tier 1 (general ) 5 years based

my Q is : 1. can i go outside UK for 180 days each year or 180 days limit is for entire 5 years period ?

2. 90 or more days in one visit can't go is that true ?

i have went for holidays to India for 159 days in last 5 years like below


year 6 10 june -2011 to 10 june -12 43 days

year 5 10 June-2012 to 10 June-2013 29 days

year 4 10 June-2013 to 10 June-2014 68 days

2. 90 or more days in one visit can't go is that true ? No, it has changed to 180 days per 12 month cycle

i have went for holidays to India for 159 days in last 5 years like below
If you have been a PAYE employee, you need a letter re absence from your employer. If you were self employed, you can do your own letter.
