DLR to ILR

I have been awarded dlr for 3 years in may 2011 and second 3 years in jun 2014 can someone help me with information about what Documents do i need for my ILR application and do i need life in the uk test? And when can i apply for ILR

Life in the UK not needed. Need to show the conditions under which it was granted continues to be in place.
You will Qualify around March this year.

I got married to a british citizen in october 2010 and applied for spouse visa and was granted dlr for 3 years it will be great help if you can tell me what documents i have to submit and for what duration eg. bank statements for 6 months or 12 months
What documents i need from my spouse as she is a British citizen and we got 1 year old son do i need to send his birth certificate?
