ILR Granted - Admin Review Successful

Hi congrats fir your success. I have question if you can help me. I applied for Admin review on 2/12/16 on the basis of refusal of not filed sa in 2010-11. Recived email on 16/12/16 AR will not be decided within 28 days and will decided until 13/1/17. Recived Ar decision on 7/1/17. And its very complicated decision they said AR is rejected and going to passed the case to original team to review the decision. Original team will let me know the outcome. 2nd paragraph says we are refunding fee as its invalid AR. And also attzched the copy of enforcement as well. Don't understand that what my status now and is it my right to work continue or not? Please shed me some light if you know anything. Thanks

Admin review rejection
Thank you for your application of 2nd dec 2016 for administration review of the decision of your indefinite leave to remain as tier 1 migrant.
Reasons why the application has been rejected
An administrative review application must meet the requirement of paragraph 34Lto 34 Y of the immigration rules HC 395, as well as immigration nationality (fees) regulation in order to be valid.we have rejected the application for following reason(s):
We have rejected your Administration Review application as it is to be passed back to the original case working team to review their original decision. They will be in touch in the due course to advise you of the outcome.
Fee for your attempted application
We will return the fee which you submitted with the invalid application.
Retention of documents
As you are liable to enforce from the UK your documents have been retained by Home office.
That's the wording on decision please let me know if you get understanding from this. Administration review was definitely on time even before 10 days and fee was paid. Thanks in advance

plz let me know you had any amendment tax and did you apply ILR by post.

i applied tier-1 in 2011
extend in 2013
ilr applied in Aug 2016 by post
tax amendment for 2010-11 which i'm still paying to hmrc by installments. because its big amount.
for tax year 2013 i already paid in 2015.
