Hi,

I am holding Tier 2 General Visa. I am filling ILR Set O form for ILR. Could you please confirm that

1. in Section 3.. what Category should I need to select ? Is this "Tier 2 migrant"?

2. What should be in section 5.5 of the same form
a. SOC code (or nearest applicable which best describes your employment)

b. "Rate of pay for this SOC code stated in the codes of practice (hourly rate or annual salary)."

2. SOC code would be the same as was on your last Certificate of Sponsorship issued by your employer
