Here are all documents i am preparing for my application, any value advices suggested are much appreciated.
limited company set up before initial application.
1. SET(O) Form
2. TWO passports, BRP card
3. two passport size photos, full name wrote in back.
4. job creation evidence( pay slips, current appointment report, FPS reports produced by Sage payroll software, employees personal information page of passports, payment summaries)
5. UK degree qualification without NARIC confirmation
6. life in the UK test
7. Police registration letter
8. personal three months electric bank statement with stamped (no fund required)
10. absence spreadsheet.

sry, i think senior members move this topic to ILR category.

You must include a recent business bank statement, showing your business has a UK bank account. Personal bank statements are not required as there is no requirement for maintenance.
Also make sure you include the FPS reports(s) showing the start dates of your employees.

213, stated  You do not need to provide evidence of this investment if you were awarded points for it in your previous grant of entry clearance or leave to remain as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant (this includes the evidence to demonstrate your investment was made in a UK business).

Could you kindly show me the source it require business bank account please ?
regarding the personal bank statement, in form section 5 HOME and Finance, it mentioned three months bank statement, also clarify that...

Hi Zimba88, sorry tu jump in here, I have a questions related to this.

(1) can we send the latter only ( as before) from the bank to show that business has uk account or statement is good idea?
(2) if the same employee carry on from initial period do we still need to show start date on FPS or The extension date will automatically be considered the start date ? Regards

damn, i review the guidance, you must take into account the following:
the evidence that they submit
• the viability and credibility of the source of the money referred to in table 5 of
appendix A
• the credibility of the financial accounts of their business or businesses
• the credibility of their business activity in the UK
• the credibility of the job creation which they are claiming points for
• if the nature of the business requires mandatory accreditation, registration
and/or insurance, whether that accreditation, registration and/or insurance has
been obtained
• any other relevant information
that mean's shall we have to submit director's report and financial statements?

Wondering if we need to submit company accounts or management account for ILR ?

I think we don't need financial accounts, it is not specified documents based on immigration rule 245DF

NO Interview. Once again , make sure all SPECIFIED documents submitted. make it simple and clear.
P.S. FPS report produced by Saga truly acceptable for HO. even it doesn't show the full payments in the report.

Yes it's sage payroll software . Start/leave date mush shown in the report

Can you please advice me on following ? as guidance does not say much.

1- Wondering, did you sent BUSINESS bank statement?
2- Did you submitted Finacial Accounts? - company accounts or management accounts?
3- Were your two employees working at the time of ILR application?
4- Any other documents you sent other than the list of documents you posted initially on this thread ?

I listed all the documents above , no employee working during the time of ILR application
