Dear USers

I would like to ask about ILR, I came to UK back 28th June 2008, and have been on student tier 4 visa until 2015 november, and since then i am now n tier4 dependant visa which will expire on 26th November 2019, my question is can I apply for ILR now or do i have to wait until 2018?

Tier 4 (main or dep) does not lead to ILR based on 5 years residence, so no you cannot apply now.
