Hi
I m on PBS tier 1 general dependant visa, first time i got my visa on 20th of Nov 2012 till 03/011/2014 bcoz my husband's visa was expiring on that date.

Then i applied for extension nd got visa from 22/10/2014 till 22/10/2017, they hav started my extension visa date from the day i hv applied nt from 03/11/2014.

Nw i m eligible for ilr from 20/11/2017 bt my visa is expiring on 22/10/2017, according to rule i can apply 28 days before that is exactly on 22nd of oct bt its on sunday we want to go for window service.

If i will apply on 21st of oct will it get refused? Or what should i do?

Thanks
Monika

Provided your application is examined after your qualification period, which will be the case, then i guess you will be fine, unless of course you are seeking a premium service.

Perhaps apply by registered post shortly before expiry of leave and upgrade when eligible, if necessary?
