ILR - Break between Tier 2 General Sponsorship

Hi All

My ILR is due in mid of march (which is 28 days before 5 years completion), however, I have a gap of 1 month approx while switching my sponsorship. Would this affect my ILR application? Should I wait for another month before I make an application as I read below in ILR documentation.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ds-v13.pdf

Where the applicant has a break in employment and applies for further leave as a Tier 2
migrant or a work permit holder to work for a new sponsor or on a new work permit within 60
days of the end of the employment with the previous sponsor or permitted employer, you
must disregard this period for ILR.

Thanks,

If during the gap you had valid visa, it can be up to 60 days. You are fine in that case
