Hi Guys,

I am in the process of applying for the ILR from Tier-2 route.

I have the evidence letter from the current and previous employer for past 5 years. However I do not have any evidence for my absence with previous employer before 5 years.

Please could you advise which form of evidence I can provide ? Do I need to mention this in the application ?

The letter from employers within the last 5 years is enough. Technically evidence is not a must if your absence were below 30 days a year + the public holidays
