Anybody recently completed Premium Upgrade - Set O?

Hi,
Just wondering if anybody has successfully upgraded from paper to premium service in December 2016 or January 2017. If so, could you share your timeline please? Am applying under Tier 2 (General) 5 years residence and hope it is straight forward. I mistakenly applied by paper when I should have done premium straight away...and need to travel in March :/. Thanks for sharing!
