Hi,

I went for a premium service along with my wife and daughter on 6 December 2016. They asked me for NARIC certificate for my wife's degree. I requested them to check the NARIC database as the college and degree appears on there. I was told by the case worker that they have changed that procedure in November 2016 itself and I will need to get a NARIC equivalency certificate. We got that in 24 hour service and sent it back to them with next day service on 7th Dec. However, since then we have not heard back from them. It has now been over 2 months.
Is this normal or is there somewhere I can follow up?

The post could have gone missing, (just a possibility) normally they don't take that much time these days even in the postal applications & yours was premium service or they may be busy in verifications etc.

I went on a premium service to vary my application from T1 to ILR(10 yrs basis) about a month ago and still waiting for the outcome. They just told me that they have to extract my passport from another department & need to do some other checks. I have been waiting for 8/9 months for my T1 extension already. Exhausted
