Hey guys.
i am near to apply for ILR 10 yrs rule. but i was once detained because of Toiec English test when i applied to renew my studend visa. Home Office raided my home lol instead of replying me the outcome of the visa, they took me to London Bridge detention center but left when i told them that my girlfriend is pregnent and they put me on signing every month. The same day they let me go i applied for EEA2 because my gf is EU citizen. Later i got refused and then got visa for 5 years.

My only question is that detention for few hours will effect my ILR 10yrs or no?

and do you think it is better to get immigration history by paying £10?

which is what called probable SAR.

Thanks for advise in advance.

Hi
Thanks Vinny for the reply.
The visa i applied for was Tier 4 student extention and they did not tell me outcome of the application instead they took me to detention center. After that i applied EEA2 dependent on EU citizen because my gf is from Germany and is working full time.

Thanks
