Please I need your advice.
- 2ND tier appeal refused on 01/July/2016
- Flesh application on 28/July/2016 (within 28days)
- all the appeals were in-time before final refusal.
-have I got a gap in my 10years Long residence?

Please help?

Technically yes but as it is less than 28 days, it will be disregarded for ILR
