Long Residence (10 years) - Pls Help

hi, i came in uk 2007 as a student . In 2012 i apply for psw but they refused my application. I apply for JR september 2012. i request to close my Judicial review 28th october 2012. I get marriage EEA national girl and apply EEA resident card January 2013. I want to know that is this effect on my ILR. thanks
