Hi,

My visa(Tier 2 General) has been issued on 16th August 2012, however i entered into this country on 10th September 2012. So

1. Will my entry delay in UK will be counted? If yes then shall i have to provide any document,
2. What is the earliest date i can apply for ILR.
3. Recently, I have changed the company under same Tier2(General) visa. Will there be any effect on my ILR.

Within 28 days before 5th anniversary of visa issue date.

3. Recently, I have changed the company under same Tier2(General) visa. Will there be any effect on my ILR.

No, provided it is a genuine sponsor and you meet the salary requirement for ILR.

Does that mean i will be eligible by July end(My visa issue date is 16th August 2012).

Yes and if you meet the £35k annual salary requirement for ILR and are within the absence limits etc.

Earliest ILR to apply for Tier 2(General)
